The Mission of T.O.W.N is to provide all women the opportunity to experience outdoor activities in a safe, non-threatening, and supportive environment. T.O.W.N. meets once a month at Backwoods for various topics on environment, nature, adventure and recreation. Extra events are planned and discussed at meetings - camping, walking, hiking, biking, orienteering, excursions to various museums, planetariums and gardens, skeet shooting, kayaking, etc.

T.O.W.N. membership is a great, stress free way to involve yourself in the outdoors. The beauty of the group is that everyone is interested in a wide variety of activities...So, if you are looking to find an outdoor hobby that fits you, this is the place to sample a little of everything. All ladies are welcome to attend. No RSVP needed.
