Climbing Association of North Texas

This is a group for those of us locked in the worst climbing area this side of the desert. They told us you can't climb in Texas, but C.A.N.T. can. Lame joke, I know. I couldn't resist.

New to the group so not sure if you've been: City of Rocks NR in Southern Idaho. Easy access and a good 3 day weekend trip, fly into Twin Falls and drive 1 hour east. Best time to go is June or September, but you can also do August on certain faces. July is a bake-fest.

This sounds like a great idea, I will be climbing Mt. Rainier in July with Summit For Someone.
